Sally sits on four Boards of Directors, two of which are publically traded and the other two are privately-held, family-owned businesses. She serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee of one Board, Sally sits on the Audit Committee of another, and she serves as Management Consultant to streamline operations of a third. Sally is a Member of the Private Directors Association and is the Chicago Chapter President. She has been on the Board of Industry Leaders of the Consumer Technology Association since 2014.
Sally was CEO of Cedar Electronics a private equity backed company consisting of the consumer brands Cobra Electronics and Escort. Previously she was President of the NASDAQ listed company Cobra Electronics and also held roles in product development, supply chain, and sales and marketing. She cut her teeth at Motorola and LG Electronics from the mid-90s through the early-2000s. She received her MBA in Marketing from the De Paul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business in 2004 and her B.A. in Business with a concentration in Materials and Logistics Management from the Michigan State University in 1993.
